How Can You Change Your Life If You're Afraid of Change?

With more than fifteen years working in the field of personal development so under my belt, I came to the conclusion that everyone wants to change his life, or be changed. If you Google 'personal development' or 'Self Improvement', you will reach the same conclusion. However, you may not need to prove himself, "after all, has a very good chance that you are not 100% satisfied with any of your life or yourself. Most people do not like their job. Most people worry about the weight loss novcu.Industriji profitability proof of life, people often struggle with their weight. i Google the financial freedom 'and you'll be amazed at the number of sites that promise riches beyond your wildest dreams' guaranteed or your money back! the truth is that we are suckers for a quick and easy way to change our lives. Maybe this is because for years the psychological research suggests that we are actually hard-wired to fear of taking big steps that we think should be taken to change our lives.

We are creatures of habit. That's how we built. By the age of two months - yes, months, not years - we fall prey to what psychologists call habituation. We are accustomed to what we have experienced and we pay little or no attention after that - novelty has worn off. And at the age of two or three, we became aware of the danger, looking for new adventures, new situations, new people. At the time we have 'matured (and I'm not sure that this is the right word for the type of behavior we see every day) in adults, we have become enshrined in our little cocoon. We call this our life -. But, in fact, it just goes on for survival

One of the key consequences of getting used to stop paying attention to things we do regularly in our lives. However, sooner or later, everything becomes routine - so we end up paying attention to anything. Crucially, the research shows that its ability to be happy and successful - and, here, I'm assuming that the changes you want to see in your life will lead to your happiness and success - directly relates to your ability to pay attention.

a result of our inability to pay attention, the result of our repeated behaviors and influence our understanding that there is concern in new or unfamiliar things boxes us in life that is a pale shadow of life that we might live. But ask the next person you meet how they work, and chances are you'll happily answer is "not bad" or "not so bad!" In my opinion, not bad not good enough - what is the point of going through life in a sort of comfort zone that you are too embarrassed enough to do anything about

?

The point is that you want to change your life, but you are afraid of change! Now, there is no reason you should feel upset or captured this conundrum - because the human condition, this is the way we are. However, this does not mean that it is the way to remain. Why should you settle for survival, when the joy and excitement of life truly lived before your very eyes, if you want to go to the trouble of opening them? I have already mentioned that, like normal adults, we pay attention to anything. I also mentioned that paying attention to the correlation between your happiness. You must re-learn skills that you used as a child to pay attention to what is actually happening here and now.

Ever heard the worn out saying you've got to stop to smell the roses? Well, that's exactly what you've got to do. Normal daily routines anaesthetizes mind - we ended up wandering through a meaningless life. To break the cycle of mindless, you have come to your senses. I mean this literally - you really do not have to stop and really smell the roses. You have to actually stop in their tracks - you call the attention - and reveal a reality that is happening right before your eyes. You've got to see the opportunities that numbed the mind can not see. Do you feel lucky heart a special moment that the normal mind is believed to be routine. You have to wake up.

When - or if - you wake up, you realize that there is no such thing as a fear that the change you want in your life is something we should look to open the details of your everyday life. Find in it, you will realize how easy it is to actually change your life. What do I mean by this? Well, your present life is a composite score every little thing you've done, half done or mindlessly do not really do it all - stretching all the way back to late childhood. Every little thing you've ever done in my life has brought you to where you are now. The point is that the little things that will change your life - not a great awe, startle,-life-out-of-you dare change that you make. In other words, there is nothing to fear.

So, if you want to change your life, here is a simple pointer. Make small changes first. Small changes disrupt your addiction and demand that you start to pay attention to what you're doing - but the routine might be thinking what you are doing. For example, you can brush your teeth tonight with a party that does not normally use. Mess with your mind, the mind is messing with you all my adult life - and it's got a far from perfect place. If you come to your senses, to start paying attention to little things in your life, you will find yourself effortlessly - Yes, I said no effort! - Start to make major changes that would normally otherwise fear. And once you start changing, you have a place in a whole new world that, although all the time, will open your eyes to the possibilities of life and opportunities.

Change Your Life Starting Today

If you get everything you want out of life and want for nothing at all in any aspect of your life, do not read this article. All other - read on! From my experience in working directly with clients in the past fourteen years, or through my online shop, I think everyone else includes almost everything. Ask yourself these simple questions: Are you 100% satisfied with yourself? Do you absolutely adore your work? Are you more than enough money? Are you a fit, trim and healthy as you would really like to be? Do you spend much time doing things that are truly passionate about? I assume that the "yeses" are few and far between.

However, each new year I see the stream of self-help articles, radio broadcasts and web site gives people an incentive that is undoubtedly necessary to make change for a better life. If you were to total up the number of books sold on a career, business success, weight loss, self-help, popular psychology and personal development, I think I would not have accounted for the most part non-fiction books on the market worldwide. People spend a fortune reading about self-improvement, without understanding that self-improvement means that you will have to improve themselves !!

So, are you frustrated that your life is stuck in a rut, you've tried to make changes, but the stone and there are so many things wrong with your life that you would not know where to start? Join the gang! Most of us, everyone gets stuck, everyone stumbles, everyone gets frustrated from time to time - it's part of the human condition, not a single better stop feeling sorry for yourself because it only keeps your perceived inability to completely change your life. Yes, this is the inability to understand, nothing to do with reality.

And you know the inability to bear out the fact that, from an early age, and like the rest of us are conditioned to believe that somehow you have to accept their lot in life, take their place in society and play by rules. But rules are made by normal people, a society based on a set of norms, which have learned their perceived shortcomings of normal people - and seventy years of psychological research shows that normal people are crazy. Need to step outside the norm, you need to become abnormal, because, you know what, then you will be different and not that it changes your life is all about.

So, to change your life you have to break your normal life and start living normally. No one will make a big difference in their lives (unless forced to, through a crisis, disaster, major health problems or unfortunately), so trying to make a big change all at once. If you do, you will need to prove you were right I think you can not - because it is just too big a task - and you'll end up more frustrated, dejected and am confident that you're stuck with your lot! To dismantle the structure terribly mundane, not-so-poor, miserable life of a normal (compared with the abundance that you really can have) you've got to take the building down brick-by-brick. Oh, my God! I hear you say - it's a life's work, and I'm desperate for a change now. However, not all the bricks have the same -. Dislodge the appropriate bricks and the whole building will collapse just like those skyscrapers you see will be a controlled explosion demolished

the largest demolition work will be accomplished by taking some of the smallest bricks - little habits that we all have that, when combined, the maintenance of mental torpor and disable an innate ability to create a life that you truly want. Yes - the research is clear, we live out our days automatically, mindlessly, you can devote your energy to create the world we really want. The "automaticity" maintained their habitual behavior. I'm not talking about breaking bad habits - some of these are a big problem for people like trying to reinvent the whole life! I'm talking about the void fabric of your daily life by doing small things, to always do the usual routine way, otherwise.

psychology behind this is out of breath easy. If, for example, in getting up this morning I decide to brush your teeth with a hand that is not used constantly, I took a huge psychological leap - I made a conscious choice to place the subconscious automatic responses. In fact, I just realized that, in every single thing that I do have a choice. But that's not all, then washing teeth otherwise, the more my attention is needed to complete the task. This is another psychological leap, because research shows that our lives are mundane, because we only pay 1% of attention to what we do. Now, I'm suddenly paying more than 1%. Believe it or not, this is life changing. Do not take my word for it, so many people who are either clients or readers have just heard me talk for ten minutes of calls and e-mail me to say that "changed my life forever." Do not take their word for it - try it yourself. There are hundreds of things you do everyday automatically and mindlessly - including not doing the things you really want to do with my life. From small retreats from key under the not-too-bad life, and embarks on a journey of discovery - the great adventure of life.
